What will happen?

Famous Russian cuisine, Kundumy is a traditional dish that for many centuries has occupied an important place on the Russian table, fragrant pancakes and hot cakes, Polugar bread wine, seaside honey, honey products, seafood, as well as picturesque views and master classes.

Program:

First day

We meet you at the airport of Vladivostok and check in at the hotel.You enjoy welcome gifts: signature chocolate of the Primorsky Territory, relax a bit after the flight. In the evening we set off for dinner at one of the restaurants in Vladivostok, where there is a Russian flavor that is impossible not to penetrate! We sit down and order the famous Kundyum - a traditional Russian dish. We bite pancakes with seasoning, taste the real Guryev porridge, we will appreciate the delicious dessert and of course the famous Russian drinks. And we are waiting for Russian songs, dances and of course toasts.

Second day

We have breakfast at the hotel and go to get acquainted with Vladivostok! We will see the brightest edges of the city, plunge into the beauty and smell of the sea. We will taste the Far Eastern seafood. We will learn how to cook Pacific squid correctly, find out why seafood is seasonal and what the sea gives us. The approximate end of the tour at 15:00. Third day

We will have breakfast at the hotel and go to the fantastic world of honey. We will learn the secrets of honey products, take part in the collection of honey, breathe in the magic air, and in the evening, with a cup of aromatic tea from forest herbs, we will to taste our own honey.

Fourth day

We will have breakfast in the apiary and after a wonderful vacation we return with a jar of healing honey to Vladivostok. We are waiting for a master class to cook one of the oldest dishes of Russian cuisine! We learn the secrets of cooking Kulebyaka. Kulebyaka is the decoration of the festive table, you have a unique chance to learn how to cook it according to two recipes at once! “Three types of dough for Russian pies: wheat yeast, rye yeast and fresh yeast-free sour cream.” Together with the restaurant chef, we will consider ways of preparing different types of dough, prepare two types of couleby and a Russian traditional festive dish - a Kurnik. In just one master class, we gain unique theoretical knowledge and practical experience! And of course we will taste what we will cook with you!

Fifth day

We say goodbye to Vladivostok!
